How a job runs, start to finish.
Every job moves through the same fixed sequence. It cannot skip a step or run backwards — the database enforces the order, not the app.
The employer posts the job
Title, what needs doing, sector, suburb and the amount on offer. It opens for bids immediately.
Workers bid
Each bid carries its own price, the day and time the worker can be there, and an estimate of how long it will take. The employer compares real offers.
The employer funds the job
Money moves from the employer's wallet and is locked against the job. A worker is only assigned once that has happened, so nobody travels to a job that is not funded.
The work happens
Safety requirements are cleared where the job needs them, and photos mark the job starting and finishing.
Payment is released and both sides review
The locked amount goes to the worker's wallet. If something is wrong, either side can raise a dispute, which freezes the job for an administrator to resolve.
Top-ups, withdrawals, bids, chat and the job itself all happen in the PeaceJob app.
