Pricing
One fee: 5% of the booking.
The employer pays the agreed amount. PeaceJob's fee comes out of what the worker is paid, and nothing is added on top.

Funding locks the amount
When the employer funds a booking, the amount is held in escrow and can no longer be changed. It is not released to the worker at that point.
Completion releases it
The money is released when the booking is completed, or when a dispute about it is resolved. The fee is taken at that point, from the worker's share.
Payouts are handled by our team
In-app withdrawals are not available yet. Payouts and refunds are arranged with the person concerned and recorded in their wallet, so they are not instant.
